I have been trying out a bit of documentary photography, to document the high street of the town where I live.

Thame is a small market town in South Oxfordshire. Like every other high street in the country, the last few years have been hard on Thame’s high street businesses. Many businesses have closed their doors over the last few years. Some shops remain empty, and new businesses have taken other over. These images focus on the premises that are currently standing empty, trying to capture the general feeling of what is happening.
